Neuro-Disabilities
At Careline Lifestyles we endeavour to provide an excellent standard of care and support for people with a wide range of neurological disabilities ranging from strokes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, acquired brain injuries, epilepsy, memory impairment, congenital disorders, Alzheimer’s and dementia. These conditions can make life unpredictable for sufferers and families alike and we are committed to a person-centred approach to planning support, involving those who play a significant role in our Service User’s lives.
For those with ongoing rehabilitation needs following acquired brain injury we can assist in goal planning and implementing support plans tailored to their individual needs, working closely with therapists, social workers and other professionals.
We are able to offer ‘independent living units’ within our residential units for those who are making the transition towards living in their own Accommodation or supported living placements. Careline Lifestyles provide long term support to service users, as well as short term transitional placements and respite care if this is required.
