Following a recent extension programme, St Stephens Court consists of individual units providing specialist care and support.
St Stephens Court:
provides intensive nursing care and support for up to ten individuals with learning disabilities who may have complex needs. Our staff team is experienced in supporting individuals with high nursingneeds including: diabetes, oxygen therapy, dysphagia, aspirators, epilepsy, respiratory issues, alternative feeding regimes (PEG/PEJ), tissue viability and dementia.
The Inspire Centre:
a self contained state of the art recreational unit containing spa-hydrotherapy pool, gym equipment, two sensory rooms, a creative suite which is a large learning zone with teaching facilities, interactive technology and computers. The Creative Suite can also be used for arts, crafts and in-house recreational activities.
These facilities are available for use by service users within the Careline Lifestyles

Brunel Gardens:
provides specialist care and support for individuals with an acquired brain injury or neurological disorder who may also need support due to associated complex needs and possible mental health issues. The service consists of seven bedrooms with its own en-suite wet-room and access to two lounges.
Spire View:
offers a therapeutic, homely environment for young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Aspergers Syndrome and complex needs and individuals that require intense levels of support. The accommodation includes six large bedrooms with its own en-suite wet-room, two sitting rooms, a dining area and access to a patio and garden area and the facility to develop a kitchen / sensory garden as part of a therapeutic programme.
Brunel Apartments:
four luxurious self contained living areas with their own lounge, kitchen, bedroom and en-suite wet-room set within the care home. This innovative concept provides Service Users with neurological disabilities and acquired brain injuries the ideal environment to lead a more independent lifestyle, while still having the support of our team of nurses, carers, physiotherapists and other support staff on site.
Assessment Suite:
two large rooms equipped with nursing beds and en-suite wet-rooms, enabling us to assess individuals needs prior to admission.
