Philosophy

Philosophy

Careline Lifestyle’s logo is the lotus flower which emerges from the bottom of a muddy pond, growing slowly, moving continuously towards the light. When the flower comes to the surface, it blossoms – turning into a beautiful flower. For us, it symbolises the struggle of life at its most basic form.

Our philosophy at Careline Lifestyles is to provide the care, support and environment to help those who struggle daily with life to be like the lotus flower – to blossom and thrive.

We provide person centered care to our service users by allocating key workers and named nurses to every individual and in each case set short and long term goals and objectives with that person and their support network.

Our inter-disciplinary team of multi-trained nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and activities co-ordinators strive to obtain the best possible lifestyle for individuals, providing them with daily living skills to maximise their independence with the ultimate goal where possible, a return to community living.

With this in mind, Careline Lifestyles have developed the concept of purpose built units containing luxurious self contained living areas with their own lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom set within the care home.  This allows service users and their families the privacy and space to lead a more independent lifestyle, while still having the support of our team on site.  This innovative concept has been so successful, we have further projects of this nature under development.

In order to support our service users achieve a full and independent life as possible we will liaise when appropriate on their behalf with support organisations and providers of educational and vocational qualifications so that where appropriate, employment opportunities are made available.
